Toyota Alphard (2002 -2008) hybrid high voltage battery reconditioning 12-month or 12,000 mile warranty. The price includes the collection/removal of your high-voltage battery, we then visually inspect all components and run a deep cycle process using professional state-of-the-art equipment with a cooling table which will not damage your battery by overheating. Each module is tested under load. Your battery will then be returned and refitted, repaired with regained capacity with any failed or weak modules replaced with modules matched to your battery to balance the pack perfectly. The discharge capacity of your battery will be improved. A discharge capacity and efficiency certificate detailing the improvement will be provided. This service also includes the fitting of nickel-plated anti-corrosion bus bars which will prevent corrosion which inhabits the current flow throughout the battery and can become part of the reason the battery cannot provide power in the way it once did. The price includes main dealer level pre and post-repair diagnostics for your Toyota Alphard or Toyota Alphard Campervan. Your hybrid battery cooling fan will also be serviced/cleaned if necessary.
