Due to the nature of the High Voltage batteries supplied once ordered a non refundable deposit will be required and once fitted to a vehicle returns will not be accepted.

All batteries are covered by a manufactures warranty and will be replaced in the unlikely event of an item being faulty. 

To date zero new high voltage batteries with up to 3 year warranty have been returned under warranty
